I recently became a little intrigued with the Honda Pilot, after seeing a few
on the road. With Honda fairing so well in the sedan market, I was curious as
to how they would fare in the SUV market. I decided to browse around on the
internet and compare what others are saying about the 2005 Honda Pilot.
I first visited Edmunds.com in search of what the editors and consumers felt
about the Honda Pilot. It appears that the consumers think a little bit more
highly of the Pilot than do the editors at Edmunds.com. Out of a possible 10,
the average consumer rating was a 9.3, where as the editors only gave the Honda
Pilot a 9.3. A quick blurb from a consumer visiting Edmunds.com had this to
say about the Pilot:
"The honda pilot is excellent. Very smooth and not bumpy compared
to most SUVs. Very roomy and so easy to fold the seats down to make more room.
Very fun to drive."
I next, decided to visit Autobytel for their consumer reviews. Out of a possible
5 star rating system, the Honda Pilot came in with 4 stars based on the consumers
who submitted their opinions. "This is our first Honda and if the Pilot
